Re: Where you been, where you are, where you going, ....
I remember when…
I thought isolation was the way to go
I was excited when…
I could squat 260 5x5
One day soon, I’ll
Squat 315
I can’t wait for the day I
Squat 400
Is it asking too much to…
Bench 350?

Re: Messing with my program
I did well with strong lifts as written, I tried some assistance work and found the additional work to be to much. Based on my experience only, my back is a hell of a lot stronger as are my arms ( rows ). My arms have also gained quite a bit of size. As Ken has mentioned before and that I can person...

Re: A bit of a rant on Stronglifts
SL, has become more difficult for sure. Squat is now 240lbs and a reset is in the near future. Its still working and I hope it will continue to work @ 3x5. But if it doesn't I'll ditch it in a heart beat for an alternative that will. One of my biggest problems in life is that I always see greener gr...

Re: Stacking, supplements and other things
I was reading about liver tabs the other night. I wonder if there anything to them. Reg Park seemed to like them from what i was reading, I just don't know if there would be any sense in using them now or if modern supps have taken their place. Anyone know?

Currently working out at a gym that has DBs up to 150  but I havent actually used them yet. My problem now is getting set up with 130+. Once I get them on my thighs I can finish getting in position, but picking both up from the floor is hell on my lower back. Good grief 150 lbs dumbbell! I th...
