After visiting the gym with a couple of friends and purchasing a guest pass, i now know that i can squat and bench at least a hundred pounds @ 130lbs bodyweight. I can deadlift that amount also but i already knew that. Not very impressive compared to you guys, i know, but you should've seen how weak...
