I would hardly say the lats are useless for a powerlifter in the bench press but they are certainly not near as important as the prime movers, pecs, deltoids and triceps. As you guys all mentioned they are shoulder stabilizers but have also been shown to slightly activate at the bottom transitional ...

I'm an older male. when I put a lot of energy into my time in the gym with free weights, I used to get this great pump. Now at 65, no matter how much energy I put into the exercise, no pump. I used NO Explode for several years until I have an allergic reaction to it. any ideas? Vascular dialators m...

I use a product called Stress-Dex. It is very similar to Gatorade but MUCH less expensive. They use it to replenish the electrolytes in race horses after a race.
