i like cucumbers and weekly plan cucumber diet along with some protein and fiber. Because i want a healthy diet with less fat as i am trying to lose some weight in these days. What you say if you have better diet plans please suggest me friends.

In this exercise,you'll do three kinds of push-ups using a park bench.First,put your feet on the park bench and your hands on the ground ,belly down.Do 10 push ups this way.Then switch and put your feet on the ground and your arm s on the bench.

A shoulder pressing is any pressing movement primarily targeting the shoulders.A military press in an overhead press with a barbell.Shoulder press is a collective noun for some different exercises.Whereas military press is performed,using a barbell and it is a compound movement.

I think treadmills,exercise bikes,punching and training bags and skipping ropes are best equipment for home gym because that are easily to work and we can maintain our fitness and health.
