Well. I scrapped my old routine. Too much to keep track of and too many difference excercises. I didn't have the time to do them all and I kindof burned out. Heres the new routine. Monday: Bench Press Chinup Tuesday: Supine Row Barbell Deadlift Wednesday: Barbell Full Squat Barbell Standing Leg Calf...
