I've just been busy with a lot of other stuff. Forums are not being used much anymore though. I did create a facebook group. It's dead too, but that's only because there are only a handful of people in it.

This is about HIIT rather than regular cardio. It's a very different thing. I didn't follow a lot of that. Asking specific questions would be easier.

I used to take it because it is cheap and helps OCD slightly. I never noticed any other effects. I got tired of taking it though. It's a lot of big horse pills to take as you need a high dose.

She really just needs to do all of them. Doing a flat press with barbell or dumbbells, and then an incline press, a dumbbell or barbell row, some sort of vertical pull, squats, and deadlifts should cover everything. The vertical pull could be tricky to figure out, unless she can do a chin up, or you...

Any typical beginner workout should fit the bill. A full body routine focusing on the basic compound lifts will offer the best results.
