it might be outdated now, but a poll of a broad spectrum of athletes and various sports experts came up with the concensus that a jockey was the best athlete. Think of the relative strength they must have to weigh so little and yet be strong enough to stay on the horse for the amount of time they d...

Olympic lift instruction.

Does anyone know where I can find really clear videos of olympic lifts? I've been looking into adding a couple into my routine and I'm a bit shady on some of the technique.[/list]

I pretty much only do urban cardio.

To be 250-300 pounds at 10% body fat is pretty insane. Think NFL linebackers and strongman competitors, that's pretty much the kind of effort you're looking at to reach that point.

I'm 225 and pretty big. 300 is BIG, even at your height. Like TimD said, don't worry losing mass.

I'd go with option one, if only because my roomate does yoga and a few other exercises and he's weak and in terrible shape.

That wrist/forearm pain may very well be tendonitis. In that case, you should avoid anything that puts downward weight into your palms. I've been dealing with tendonitis for a while, now (hopefully) being on the tail end of it. I just stopped doing EZ bar and dumbell curls. If you add bent over rows...
