HMMM, as I have stated, my squats have been progressing slowly, but last night, I easily jumped 10# from 85# to 95#, and truly feel like I could have jumped 15# which would have put me at 100#. The body weight or Greater pulldown is a true full body complex movement.

You must be able to balance between gripping the bar, pulling down, and Gripping with your legs to make sure you don't "Accidentally" pull yourself up and do a Chinup. Much harder than it sounds.. :lol:
