you can bump your calories up by just adding fattier meats and oils to your existing diet.

as far as your lifts stalling, try switching it up. Change the reps/sets, or the exercises you do, or even try an entirely different program.

That depends entirely on your goals, but as a general rule for just about everyone, its ideal to cut the bread/rice/potatos, and replace them with leafy greens and meat

those things dont come with the pre-cooked chickens. But I do very much enjoy gizzards/livers fried up with some onions.
