Lean is not required. You need the fat for energy and nutrients. Veg are carbs but high in fibre. Fibre doesn't count as your body doesn't use the calories and it doesn't affect your insulin. Anabolic Diet "load"-days

In the Anabolic Diet there are load days, where carbs should be consumed. Do i have to consume the normal fat amount like on the other days?

as far as i know 8-12 reps for 3 sets is a guideline for gaining muscle size (with heavier weights) also i advise doing basic exercises like squats, deadlifts and bench press if you trained with low weight and high reps u probably trained your endurance, which doesnt really build on mass. edit: and ...

OK another question occurred: A nutritionplan is mostly a plan what you eat EVERY DAY , but isn't it unhealthy to eat always the same? I mean u cannot get all minerals , vitamins etc. from a single nutritionplan, can you?
