I'm usually in too much of a hurry. I do think it would be a nice perk. I guess I just do foam rolling and stretching as my warm down (and really a mental treat as well as physical).

When I was dieting, I would go religiously. I felt that the exercise helped replace off-plan eating and drinking. and that I could power through.

Now, after some strength gain, and also more fatigue and injury, I might choose to take a less hard core route and allow the day off.

It's idiotic. And onto all the previous concerns: -It's illegal and you can go to jail for it. In addition, you have to get it from people who are trafficers. -He's very young and lacks the mental capacity and base education to teach himself how to come on/off, manage side effects, etc. -Who knows W...

wall slides: dissect

The exercise, not my body. ;) Do you consider these stretching or exercise? I do them seated on the ground, really trying to keep flat against the wall and feel some muscles I've never felt before. It's a stretch too, though. Do they eventually get easy? Are not, now. Should progression be an object?

I wish I had lifted weights in high school. I think my wrestling career would have been better. My HS coach said so too! :(

So lift some weights.

But you know the mat is the most important...

I don't like the doing legs only one day per week. Think more frequent training is more likely to build muscle there.

Obviously there is overlap in the other body parts, but if you don't mind it, then so be it.

But the legs one day a week, seems really low to me.

They are a somewhat in tension, but I think you can do both activities and benefit from both, until you hit a pretty high level of performance. After that, specialization will be needed if you want to progress further. If you're still getting stronger, I wouldn't worry about it. For that matter even...

Re: Fat VS Muscle gain - how much fat is acceptable

Also... So, my question is, which seemed simple in my head but is a little difficult to articulate, should I stay under 20% body fat whilst reaching my original weight (16st/102kg) - with the logic that I now have more muscle therefore at the same as my original weight, my fat should be lower than ...

1. Find someone you trust to caliper you for bodyfat percentage and just do it. Or buy some on your own and teach a friend or training partner. I'm just mindboggled that people here who are so scientific about muscle movements are so resistive to the well-established methods of measurement of bodyfa...
