I do not have a squat rack or power rack at my gym. Do you think its a good idea to squat with a pair of dumbbells? One potential problem would be after some I wont get DBs with the that kind of high poundage. Or should I use the leg press instead. But again given the fact that with high weight, my ...

I guess I got my answer. Pull ups, chin ups and inverted rows work the biceps and bench press, overheads, and push ups work the triceps. Btw, do I do body weight push ups or ask someone to place a plate on my back?
