I'm going to be extremely conscientious of the credit card I use for each purchase. I have 3 that offer 5% cash back in rotating categories each quarter. And 2 that will give me $100 if I spend $500 in the next 3 months.

I don't like the idea that you push yourself to failure every workout, every exercise. You migth wreck your CNS, and you migth slow your gains. Studies have shown that if you take the sets to 1-2 reps shy of failure, the effect of the sets is the same as taking sets into failure. Obviously it wont ...
