Pulldown 80x10, 8, 8 60x10,10, 10 Dip 5x8xbw Hammer curl 16x10, 8, 8 Arms feel good again! During weekend i used a gel that burns up the area quite roughly and it helped alot. Several old timers at my gym use similar but stronger gel that burns the problem area and they all say it works really well....

Pain in lower back while standing and walking and hip flexor stretches hurt quite abit at lower back area so i guess psoas. Last weeks adventures into training lower body more often offering a nice doze of f*ck you.

Wrist wraps for dip and straps for pulldown and pain was bearable for a decent workout although left arm went almost numb from elbow to fingers while doing pulldown

Friday finally had massage and shoulders were tight as hell all over.
