Not trying to be annoying, but what is the difference between the nautilus machine and using a barbell rooted into the corner? Obviously there is a huge difference between machine squats and barbell squats, but with the tbar row, the weight is moving in a fixed path whether you're using a barbell or...

Yes, I've heard of that routine and I know it's very good. I will probably do it sometime in the future when I'm on more of a strength-building routine. Right now I'm just trying to build muscle. Thanks for the help everyone. I'm gonna go with chinups on day 1 and incline dumbell press for day 2, at no more than a 30 degree angle so I don't overwork my shoulders.

Adding curls to the routine doesn't make it better. But a lot of trainers are hooked on curls, so I won't try to talk you out of dropping them.

The routine says so can add one exercise of your choice, so why not curls?

What would you guys classify this schedule as? (Ex: body part split, push/pull, whole body, etc.) at first i though it was more like a split because day 2 is back and biceps and day 3 is legs, but days 1 and 4 seem more like a free for all.
