Hey all
when i want to stretching only in the day after workout to decrease the duration of muscle fatigue that's coming from workout sessions
The question here what kind of stretching (dynamic/static) and why???

Sorry i ask so much but say Romanian targets the hamstrings better which is the main point, and it does not fatigue the lower back as much. And i know that the exercises of begainner must be compound and with rominain doesn't target gluts more than assistant muscle or it work as assistant are enough...

And i training in gym his rate zero no feedback from personal trainer
The second thing mr.ironman tell me doing this routine for 6 month but i have read before that this begainner routine for 3 month only thus doing one of spilts routines

1- i see he hasn't any problem in his rotator cuff muscles because he can make behaind the neck position simply
2- could the problem in interior deltoid inflexbility or weak rear deltoid as you say

Are this routine for all levels and for all goals?

2- how untraining legs hold progress of my back
