I wouldnt cook with any type of mono or poly unsaturated oil because they are both unstable at high temperatures. I only use butter for frying, but if you going to cook with an oil, use coconut because it's mostly saturated fats.

I thought Canola oil was actually fine and all that scare about it being unhealthy was BS?

Coconut, Olive and Sunflower oil are the best, my opinion.

Im not to sure though, but ever since i started eating a high fat, high protein diet my energy is crazy, no crash after eating and and i feel nourished for twice as long.
