Managed to increase my wide grip pull total to 7 last night. After being stuck on 5 for ages, i've increased by 1 rep every workout since this challenge began. Could it be psychological??

12/01/09 Went all out on deadlifts tonight as it was the last opportunity for a while. Wanted a 2xBW pull and i got it, not sure i'll be able to walk tomorrow though. Well, i've increased my wide grip pulls from 5 to 6 in 24hrs!! Not sure what happenned there?! I did 5 on Fri, 5 again on Sun and 6 this evening. I might have to reassess what i can achieve.

Let me get this right, you do 9 exercises for 3 or 4 sets. That's a minimum of 27 sets and a maximum of 36 sets..........all done in well under an hour?!

7/01/09 Was really going to go for a squat 1RM tonight, but my training buddy wasn't there. Did a PB, but couldn't go as 'heroic' as i wanted without someone giving me a spot.
