Re: Bob's back rehab log

Hows the shoulder fairing? Has any particular exercise helped or made it worse? (no need to mention bench)

Re: Muscle soreness = successful workout?

Soreness definetly isnt a good indicator of anything but if you dont feel anything in your muscles the next day then your workout was probably too light. I dont get much sore from anything anymore but i do feel some tightness for few days after a good workout.

Re: Starting Strength/StrongLifts rip-off

emil i have the same problem in squats when repping to failure or doing heavy single. My back stays straight but i tend to gm out of the hole. Theres loads of options: 1. More back squat with lighter weights 2. Front squat. You have to maintain upright posture else the bar will fall of your shoulder...

Re: Improving shoulder flexibility for squats

I wasnt advanced or anything just stiff as f**k. I felt pain in my elbows and shoulders while squatting. If he is stiffer than what i used to be than that just means he starts with wider grip.

Re: Improving shoulder flexibility for squats

Shoulder dislocations! You could do them everyday and some stretching for chest and front deltoid. I did it for 6 months and moved on to maintanence doing shoulder dislocations couple of times a month and kept all the flexibility.

Re: Brachioradialis pain

I had pain in the same area to the point of my whole elbow hurting really badly. Any overhand pulling made it alot worse and underhand curls, pulldowns, rows didnt hurt that much. The curls actually made the pain go away. I took 2 weeks of rest and started doing high-rep arm work(3-5x20) and its cur...

Re: Squats and Deadlifts

I have been doing an Upper/Lower split 4 times a week (thanks Robert!). UpperA - LowerA (heavy squat) - rest - UpperB - LowerB (heavy Deadlift) Unfortunately HIIT cardio has been eliminated as my legs are killing me and I sometimes do abs on my days off. Can you guys go more in depth regarding stru...

Re: 5/3/1 and questions

Going to see after next cycle if ill stall again or keep on rocking :) I do alot of arm, delt and upper-back as...
