Re: Kibe69's hip problems

Now im 100% sure its any leg pressing movement, squat, leg press that gives me back pain and some how makes my right leg hamstring alot tighter than left leg. I dont have hip pain anymore but it would be just a matter time if i'd start doing any pressing movement regulary. I was wrong about it getti...

Re: Kibe69's hip problems

I've been mainly deadlifting for long time now. Hamstrings have started to even out a bit and left side of middle back doesnt get sore as often as it used to. Ive done some light dumbbell lunges after deadlifting and sometimes leg press since these dont cause pain. Today i tried front squat and back...

Re: When's the best time to get a massage?

My massages are anything but relaxing and i'd say if they are relaxing then he/she isnt doing much anything to the muscle. Just had my legs massaged for the first time in life full 60mins of pain and swearing. He is dealing with both regular people and professional athletes and he recommended me to ...

Re: What I Learned About Shoulders

Cheating on Pulling Motions It is extremely easy to cheat on pulling motions. On the face pull for example you can jerk the weight into motion with your biceps and traps, and your rear delts and rotators will get very little exercise, and you may not even know it! That is why we start with embarras...

I do have anterior pelvic tilt... Ok so heres the plan: 1. One week off + massage specialized for people who exercise 2. strengthening abductors 3. deep squat starting with just barbell? 4. Zero or some stretching for hamstrings and glutes 5. Stretch quads, hip flexor more 6. Stretch tighter side of...

Re: Shoulder Problems

I did my bench workout today with 2 fingers narrower grip and it did feel more balance but i can still definetly feel right side is not that balanced. Todays sets were barbellx10, 40x10, 60x8, 70x6, 80x6, 87,5x5(1 rep too few of aim), 85x4. Im lagging in strength probably because of diet, shoulder a...

Re: Shoulder Problems

So, on your main lifts you are decreasing reps from week to week? And adding weight? I understand now, I think. I still think that's a lot of stuff to do on Monday and Friday. I'd suggest maybe being a bit more selective. Correct! Decreasing reps weekly and adding weight weekly. I do think the same...

Re: Shoulder Problems

And out of curiousity since you havent given any, what sort of rep ranges and sets would you suggest for my main moves, barbell bench press, military press, deadlift and squat ? How about secondary movements like pulldowns, rows? Isolation / assistance you were talking about high total reps? 3x8,10,...

Re: Shoulder Problems

I don't understand the rep scheme. I do understand that you're doing it the same for DL, squat, bench and press, which seems pretty crazy to me. Why would you be doing the exact same reps for DL as you are for bench, etc? Also, if the program is designed with decreasing volume, maybe there's a reas...
