My personal guess (and hope) is that I am dropping water weight. But this is the first time in my life that I am cutting, so I wanted to see what someone with experience would say.

Weight Dropping Too Fast?

Hey guys, I had been bluking for a year and decided to cut for 6-8 weeks just to get my body fat to a more acceptable place. I will start bulking again after this period. It has been exatctly 1 week. I dropped calories from 3500-3800 to about 2500 (too drastic?). I added three 10 minute interval ses...

I was always 'skinny'. One day a little over a year ago I decided that I don't want to be skinny anymore. That was my original goal. Today that is still my primary motivation so aesthetics is what I chose. But my training today is much more holistic. I used to only do weights and no 'cardio' because...

I don't know a whole lot about arm wrestling, but I know the breathing plays a great role. From what I know many battles are lost when your opponent exhales. I remember reading some interview with Pavel Tsatsuline (sp?) I believe on t-nation where, where he says something along the lines of "don't l...

Re: Leverage Leg Power to Develop Upper Body

Hey guys. I am kina imbalanced. I have 35" unflexed thighs, 12" unflexed arms. basically my lower body is much better developed than my upper body. The difference is less apparent than 1 year ago, but it is still clearly noticable.. Just out of curiousity - have you ever gotten a good pump during y...

As per Ian King, Seated Behind the Neck Shouler Press is the best mass builder for shoudlers.

35 inches is REALLY big, how tall are you again George?

You could try supinated chins. They are a nice compound lift that put a lot of emphasis on the biceps.
HAHAHA

TYPO! My thighs are 25 inches. My height is 5'10

Furthermore, your body will start burning fat faster if you do cardio AFTER weights. This happens because weight training depletes the stored muscular glycogen, so when instead of burning that during cardio your body will burn fat.

At least that's what I read.

I think the whole inner chest thing is just a myth...ala spot reduction . Bodybuilders are notorious for altering/modifying exercises to target specific parts of a muscle's structure. If it isn't effective, one wonders why they continue to do it. Pro bodybuilders have little use for training method...
