vertical pulling is the only movement for which you need to find "special apparatus"
Like a towel and tree limg, or some monkey bars or a high door frame
otherwise it comes down to convenience and incrementability (rocks not so good for the latter)

Re: Need advice and help please regarding my very skinny arm
I subscirbe to the idea that your arms won't grow (or anything) if you are not eating above maintence. They may get more defined. Thus, I pointed out his resistance to eating more. Of course it was all ignored, which might be for the best.

Re: How much variation within a week?
take BB Bench and DB Bench If you do (1) each 1x per week. OR (2) one 2x per week You'll progress on both the 1st way, and also on both the 2nd way (you just won't be measuring it) But on the 2nd way, you'll probaby progress a bit less on the one you are not actually doing. But in aggregate are you ...

Re: Need advice and help please regarding my very skinny arm
I suspect some other issues, like diet and How much can you deadlift ? While I agree you probably will need direct arm work to get the best arms you can, at 11 inch arms and worrying about gaining a bit of a belly, I'd say general strength and consuming enough food are your primary roadblocks. a gue...

Plan for an hour workout
Do legs 40 min and upper 20 min
Get whatever pushing and pulling you can get in; starting with a compound in each.

The fact remains that you're doing two workouts composed entirely of upper body push movements, and two workouts that include the other three movements. That's balanced? I'll trust what he says and presume he has longer workouts on Leg ...

I don't think it's being on your toes per se; but when you arch and pull your feet back, the heels come up. Then you're spring loaded for the drive. I sorta stink at explaining things. Limited vocab in English * by "explain" I mean state something out of my butt that may be total malarky; however, i...
