I found the recipe online. I was wondering if anyone has tried this? I cannot figure how why you would include cottage cheese.
1/2 cup oats
1/2 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
4-5 egg whites
1 scoop protein powder (vanilla)

Oats are a good source of antioxidants, due to adding them in daily life is good for health. I think it can be a good food to lower the cholesterol level, which can make the cardiac system strong and healthy.

Thanks for the recipe. We will try. I cooked according to a different recipe, but they are already a little tired, I want variety.
