Vitamin before bed
I've done this twice
And I think it was in both cases, a dbl dose for the day, as I took one early in day as well. I take 1/2 of recommended dose, normally (two pills, I take one)
Anyway, I wake up ready to go. This morning I had none of the usual motivation issues. Same thing I recall last time I had vitamin late at night.
Related?
ETA: for some spelling.

Re: Vitamin before bed
There could be some deficiency that it's addressing but I doubt it would work that quick. Are there minerals in your pill?

They're a number of things there that could make a difference. Keep doing it and see what happens.
Re: Vitamin before bed
Nah, it's in your head. All those vitamins and fish oils are something between trash and sugar pills.

ORLY ?
Re: Vitamin before bed
But drinking milk screws up the pH of your blood, and drains calcium out of your bones.Stefan 93 wrote:Nah, it's in your head. All those vitamins and fish oils are something between trash and sugar pills.
Re: Vitamin before bed
I should try taking a vitamin before bed on a regular basis. I know it works wonders when I'm drunk, so certainly it would help if I'm sober, right?
Re: Vitamin before bed
And why would it matter when you take your vitamin?

Re: Vitamin before bed
Taking vitamin pills before going to the bed is not the bad idea. It's good because in night our body is in full relaxation, so we get better effect than other time. Milk is rich source of calcium, you can also drink milk...

Re: Vitamin before bed
Take the vitamin before a meal. The reason is that certain vitamins/minerals can irritate your stomach. It makes me feel kind of sick anyway. It does also say on the bottle to take with food.
