I do like the word "impart" though. I'm a huge fan of mash-ups that convey the intent

"Flustrated" being an obvious choice

I like that part, too. We should avoid less sugar?

I'm working on eating more bitter food. I'm getting real tired of the good-tasting stuff.

I haven't softened my stance, I just discounted the whole article as rubbish.

spam or not, I do agree that one must consider who they are before embarking on a particular diet.

and this might be a good time to mention that Mackerel is delicious and cheap.

Mackerel and sardines, Doesn't get much better than that.

Why does this thread attract so many spammers?

The generic title, I presume.

Yea, had Mackeral in cupboard for a few months, was just a bit hesitant/squeamish. Then, I eased into it with Sardines. Lots of sardines. I'm all about that Mackeral now. I dont' go for those recipes with tomato sauce, or making patties I'm a simple man. Straight out of the can, or maybe dumped on a bed of spinach with some evoo. Goes good to accompany scrabled eggs and sauteed spinach after a workout. But you already know that!

Next time you're in Nova Scotia, call me and we can go down to the wharf and get some fresh mackeral, or lobster, depending on the season.

If you meant that as a contribution to a serious thread, welcome, but you found the wrong thread! If you are a dirty rotten low-down no-good scumbag spammer, then this is the right thread for you to post to.
