too bad I can't buy either of those in my country, there's only one type of Greek yogurt here so I don't have much choice.

Re: No appetite for breakfast
this is the number one thing I strive to teach clients I work with (nutritionist) and abandon concepts that won't die, like "breakfast is the most important meal of the day".robertscott wrote:led7x wrote:

Re: No appetite for breakfast
that happens in present day life due to insufficient time to leave for a job/studies it is quite common the nervousness in you affects your brain and you always need a empty stomach before you go for a job or college thats why many people are now facing this problem of loss of appetite in breakfast

Sense making you not! English learn should you. In you Mumbai, class English much available. Class you take, and speak to learn you. Lest speaketh thou Yoda like unto eternity.
Re: No appetite for breakfast
Here is an article on T-Nation about breakfast. Important thing:
If I were you, I would stop eating that breakfast (I was in the same situation a couple of years ago) and I would maybe try eating two cooked eggs (don't put too much salt on it), and I would work my way up to the whole sandwich.
Also, if you eat breakfast, your cholesterol would be better (but what is good cholesterol is debatable).Despite the fact that caloric intake, macronutrient composition, energy expenditure, appetite hormones, and sleep duration were the same for the late versus early eaters, the late eaters lost less weight then the early eaters, thus proving once again that it's better to consume more of your calories early in the day

I apologize to everyone I've enraged. I'll try to correct myself.
