A healthy eating plan gives your body the nutrients it needs every day. Eating plans that receive 1200-1500 calories each day will help most bodies lose weight safely.
-Diet can also refer to the food & drink a person consumes daily.
-A healthy diet plan includes lean meats, poultry and nuts.
-Controls portion sizes etc.

Does the word "diet" immediately make you think of an unpleasant weight-loss regimen?

If it did, you are probably not alone. For example, consider the use of the term "diet" in marketing food products—it usually describes foods low in calories, such as diet soda.

But there is another meaning of this word. Diet can also refer to the food and drink a person consumes daily and the mental and physical circumstances connected to eating. Nutrition involves more than simply eating a “good” diet—it is about nourishment on every level. It involves relationships with family, friends, nature (the environment), our bodies, our community, and the world.

Any way of eating is called a diet. It depends only on the person himself what and in what quantity is included in this concept. Although there is a concept of "diet" as a certain diet for a certain period of time. So, this system does not work, at the end of the term you can gain even more weight than you left. A proper diet means drawing up an adequate nutritional plan and maintaining it constantly (and adjusting it if necessary, when you change goals).

Your meal plan looks good, but I'm in favor of a wider variety of foods. A monotonous diet quickly gets boring. And this can cause breakdowns, the use of junk food.
