I'll do more reading.

Re: At home health screening
have at it. If it'll help you stick to a plan then it can only be a good thing. Just watch out though, stuff like that can get pretty obsessive if you let it.
We need you to drink Oscar. You are a horse, and we've taken you to the water, but you just won't drink. If you don't, you're off to the glue factory which would be a shame as you're one of our favourite horses.

On the home BP, if you use one of the automatic units, be sure to check Consumer Reports or some similar source. Some are ridiculously inaccurate, some are quite good.

Re: At home health screening
this one
Omron BP791IT 10+ Series Upper Arm Blood Pressure Monitor With ComFit Cuff, Black/White
I relied on Amazon reviewers
and a nice discount
More reading led me to not get a cholestrol tester. Too costly and for now, once a year seems adequate.
Thank you for the support.

Re: At home health screening
Sorry to dig up and old thread, but I've always been concerned that the brand Omron is an anagram of Moron! But we have a couple of their products on the hospital ward that were donated, they're regularly cilibrated in line with ward/hspital policy and have so far never had any issues!

Wish you have all you expecting.

If you are posting just to build up posts and be able to post links, it won't work. Either honestly participate in discussions on current threads or get out of the forum. These meaningless posts on old threads won't cut it.
