Welcome Newbies

It's been my experience that about this time of year, a lot of newcomers show up at the diet and exericse forums.

The new year always brings with it a lot of exercise converts who either have holiday fat to burn off, or have a resolution.

Maybe it's the same resolution you have every year, and it fizzles out every year.

Maybe THIS is the year you will follow through.

If you've made it to this site and this forum, congratulations!

I want to encourage you. If you never thought you would be the type of person to exercise, well..start telling yourself you CAN.

You have the power within your grasp to change your own life.

Get moving. Set goals. Keep going. Be determined, and dedicated.

Exercise can change your life.

I hope so! Usually we set goals as new years resolution to diet and exercise
