I understand that power training for OAs can be as low as 20% 1RM to as high as 80% depending on fitness level and training objective. It is my impression that the optimal range for velocity might be around 40 - 60%. Some sources suggest as low as 20%. Isn't that so low as to return poor results for time and effort invested? Thank you.
