Farmer's Walks
150#/hand, 670 feet. Rest as needed.
Did this with a young friend, we walked down the driveway and down the street, resting as needed, until we started getting afraid of the walk home. That's when we turned around.
NOTE: Used hooks, so for the hardcore among you, it doesn't count.

Hooks or not, that's a lot of weight and a long distance. Well done.

Re: Personal Best Log
Bench: 225#
ok, this ties a previous PR of the same weight, but that was in 2013, and I never came close again, and haven't even done 220 since. I always felt that day was just luck, a peak and not even a plateau. Today I did 220 and it went up so smooth I tried the 225 and made it.
Changes made? Widened my grip to legal limit, move the bottom point down my chest a bit to 2nd-lowest rib, and since they say "if you want to bench more you have to bench more" starting benching 2x week. Threw out 5/3/1 for bench and do a sorta-kinda westside thing trying to keep in the 25+ reps per session.
For the first time in years I am seriously optimistic I can move my bench past 225.

Re: Personal Best Log
I did a Turkish get up with a 40kg kettle bell today. Sonn I'll do it with my left hand too.
Re: Personal Best Log
I did the 40 Kg TGU with both sides last week on 2 occations. That was from the floor to standing and return. Now I have to get my regular gym to buy some heavier bells.
