Today

310 x 2 Deadlift

Last time I did 1RM, it was 265(Which I did sets with last time)

I also found out that I can do sets with 286.

not really a PR, but...

...ripped off a callous deadlifting for the first time today! Felt weirdly satisfying, like I'm part of a club now.

Yessir. On a side note. If you take a fingernail file to them before you lift, it will prevent this from happening. File off all the dead skin.

710 Deadlift No Straps. Belt only. Preparing for a Powerlifting Meet in two weeks, I think this'll be my 2nd attempt.

Very awesome dude awesome. I haven't deadlifted heavy in a very long time. How big are ya? Height weight? Makes me want to power lift again...amazing.

Onto my almost seemingly pointless personal best haha 9.16 miles at the gym in 1 hour and five minutes running. Killed it :D haha

I would be exited if I could deadlift that much too. You're not too far from doing double my max deadlift.

i bet you'd be able to get at least another 50lbs if you put on Satisfaction Is The Death Of Desire instead of that new school Hatebreed crap. ;-)

Deepsquated my 5x12 workout entirely with 245 lbs. Kicked my a.$s last two reps were scary haha

Bench Press 2 x 185

Military Press 1 x 115

Bodyweight 180.

First bench for reps over my bodyweight. +5 pound PR on the military press, done after benching, even.

35# KB bottom up press, 2 reps each hand. Definately harder than it sounds. This is actually the first time that I was able to complete even one rep with my left hand.
