After watching the vid, I know I've never met you before. but (I'm not sure if you like him or not, I meen nothing bad by it) you look like a beefed up Matt Hughs from the side. Did a strongman comp in Arizona the following weekend. Ended up 3rd in a tough group of guys. I was the top finishing amature, so I was pretty happy about that. Still need to improve on farmers and stones.

Usually When you mention weight ( for example 100 lbs ) is it including bar weight or just the plates?

When I was originally doing my first push/pull/leg split, my Deadlift was 330x4. I injured my knee and basically stopped squatting and deadlifting for two months. When I came back I started doing ws4sb so I was doing more 3 weeks of squat, 3 weeks of DL and couldn't progress worth a damn. Got back to my 330lbs DL but that was it.
So I decided I would give Max-OT a fair try since I wanted to lift as much as I could before surgery. In 7 DL sessions I've jumped up to 370lbsx4. Hopefully next week when I test my 1rm I'll be able to hit 400lbs.
Also got my squat up from 230lbsx5 to 260lbsx4 in 6 weeks. Couldn't squat for 2 of those weeks due to knee issues. Looking forward to seeing what my 1rm is next week.
After jaw surgery and I get my knee scoped, I plan to get back and shoot for a 300lb squat and 400lb dl for reps.
This is all in about 20 months of lifting.
Bench press still sucks a big fat one. =/

Hey everybody, I broke my DL PR (290X1). My form was TERRIBLE, but I got it up.... I didn't think it was that bad until I watched the video. Here it is.... Pound me into the dirt.
