oh, and I also grunted for the first time while pushing the 290x1. It was pretty funny.

75# Turkish Get up, each hand. The first attempt ever at that weight. The left one was ugly, but I didn't drop it so I'm counting it.
I plan on hitting 100# before I die, perhaps immediately before.

Bench Press 1 x 205 @ bodyweight 185.
10 pound PR, and my bench now equals my anemic but admittedly rarely trained back squat.

new weight for my supersquats routine = 345lbs x 20reps. Went for a 21st rep, but failed (thank God i have the squat rack!) and nearly pooped myself.

Hoister, It's good to see you're still here. It's been a long time between posts, one never knows if you're still here or not.

Fire truck pull approx 20 feet.
My training partner beat me by like two feet. There was a dip in the asphalt were it would really slow the truck down. Hopefully, I'll be able to beat this number at a charity event in October!

I thought someone of your strength could pull like two or three firetrucks. Better work on that posterior chain!
Actually I sent this to my firefighter client and said "You need more functional training, like this."

Trap Bar Deadlift - 1 x 310 @ bodyweight 190
Not a seriously impressive deadlift, but it's my best yet.

yea, I mean it's only a fire truck. I guess I can have a 700 deadlift and still have a weak posterior chain.
Side note: I always feel it more in my Lats and Bi's than in my legs.

You clearly need to curl more firetrucks.
