i got into a brain injury last year and the side effects are bothering me to do other sports i like[rugby, hockey, bball, etc.] so i go to the gym everyday to keep myself in shape thats the reason i gotta do a split workout heres my split workout plan..... people please comment on it... thx in advance!

Three sets each exercise in rotation
