How many pistol squats can you do and how much weight can you front or back squat?
Also, what is your max bench and vertical leap?
Answer as much of these questions as possible please.

Pistol squats are pointless, imo.
500 back squat, 405 front(at least, never tried more).
335 Bench
No clue on leap, can't jump for muh life right now - although I'm going to start training it soon.

What are you doing? A research paper? Why not phrase the request as a question, rather than as a command. I think you'll have a better , and more varied response that way.

How are pistol squats pointless?
I have too many questions in order to put it into the Topic Title, but I guess next time I will post it as a question somehow.

Balance and I do them if I can't go to the gym and do squats. So how do they not work? I can squat 400 max but I want to increase in them and in power cleans while keeping my fat percentage low.

Pistol squats are like push ups. Once you get good at them, it's hard to incrementally increase the load like you can with a barbell. That relegates the exercise to your warmup. Still, both exercises have considerable value. You can do them when you can't get to the gym. They don't tax your back so you can use them for a leg exercise even when your back is fatigued. They can improve flexibility and balance, and work stabily muscles missed by other exercises.
Pistol squats, push ups, chin ups and a weight vest = complete whole body workout.

So if pistol squats don't tax your back, what are the certain back muscles, along with other extra muscles, that weighted squats workout that pistol squats don't?
