lmao why is every new exercise focused on the upper body? I dont evens tart a new workout until I see the legs part lmao, how is anyone supposed to get stronger, faster, and lose fat without the use of the legs... well i guess they can but..... Id rather have huge legs that can squat 500 pounds then a chest that can do 400 pounds lmao

Slosh-pipe exercises:

Press
Bench press
Squats (front, back, Zercher)
Split squats
Clean
Clean and jerk
Clean, jerk and fall on your rear
Snatch
One-arm carry
Zercher-carry
Any kind of carry on a course that involves turns
Lunges
Step-ups

When I had mine I mostly tried to get it onto my shoulders in squat position and walk around. Usually only made it a few steps. Well, usually didn't get it onlo my shoulders at all! I tried a few squats. Dropped the pipe a lot. Finally gave it to my son to be turned into a shipping container for his collection of PNG bows and arrows.

You guys know very well that even a lot of us who think this SW is ridiculous will still buy one just for the lulz.

It's not the worst thing in the world. I mean, say you are finishing your shoulder workout with some lateral raises, and while you hold it up there to isometrically work out your middle delts, you shake it forward/back a bit. Maybe it'll wake up the anterior/posterior delt or something, I dunno.

Obviously this is an inertia/momentum training device, like a lot of things (self resisting isometrics for example) it lets people exercise intuitively without numerical feedback. This sucks for longterm progress but if you just want to zone out and feel a burn or something, it could have a place in your routine.
