What idiot changed the board format and why? Luckily, I sugar coated that question.

It is like going howe to your k-word and finding everything's been changed. You have to hunt for dishes, forks, spoons, knives, glasses, etc.

Sure, the Icons changed, and a couple of button locations have changed, but there a quite a few nice features also.

Nice features include the ability to add an attachment (Picture) to your posts.
Better Spam protection features (you, should only see that Spam is less frequent)
A Quick Reply Option (Currently Disabled)

The overall layout can be changed, so if that's what you don't like, Ironman may be willing to change the template to something more friendly to the existing long term users as long as we stay positive with the criticism.

The only thing doing my head in is that the avatars are on the right...

The main reason for the change is that PHPBB2 is way outdated. They group that created it dropped support for it a couple years ago. That software is more than 10 years old. The biggest part of the reason is that PHP needed to be upgraded to the latest version, but PHPBB2 would not work with any version higher than the current one. So a PHP upgrade would break the forum. Now with PHPBB3.0.8, the PHP upgrade can be done.

The reason the running man isn't there is because for some reason the HTML code doesn't work in that field of the application. I'll see what I can do about that.

As a matter of fact, the main thing I don't like is the avatars and info being on the right. I don't know why, but it just seems totally wrong to me. I think I would have to install a theme to change that though. I'll look around and see what I can find.

This is subsilver2. What do we all think about this one? It's very similar to the main style in PHPBB2. I think I like it a little better.
