Let's say I t rain 3 times a week, is it okay to miss a workout every once in a while? I find that I tend to do this sometimes since I'm so busy. I usually miss a workout every 2-3 weeks.

It is a sign of psychological health if you can miss a workout without punishing yourself. Every once in a while everyone needs a day off.

There's no harm in missing an occational workout, provided your not always missing the same workout. For example, if you typically squat on Fridays and notice that you miss Friday workouts more than other days, you may want to do something to remedy that.
Yeah thats what i was about to say. I remember a few years ago when it just so happened that leg day was always the one in my split i ended up missing for various reasons. i think it was more than a coincidence... ;)
