is overhead press same as military or just any form of overhead shoulder presses (also sitting)?

Military press is a type of overhead press. The bottom line is put heavy stuff overhead.

I think it's better that we have people asking questions rather than running around in the gym without a clue.

Sleep is important. And fun. We need rest. Otherwise a brilliant list.

I like it! Sleep however is a valuable commodity that is in rare supply in my household with a 4 month old and a 2 year old, so I'm glad it missed the list! lol
