Hey guys i have got 2 things that are bugging me in the gym,
1. My hips rise off the bench when I'm doing a flat barbell bench press as I'm pushing the bar off my chest.
2. Front squat stance: I like to have my feet a bit wider then shoulder width apart and toes pointed out, is this acceptable for a front squat, please note this is also the same stance for my low bar back squat.
2 problems...

you need to change the angle of your legs when you bench. If your knee is lower than your hip your a.$s'll stay on the bench.
If your front squat stance feels comfortable, then it's fine.
