I can't squat ATG. I think my ankles are not the problem. So it must be the hips or adductors. But i think my hip flexion is also good.
Could the problem be my hip extension?
Is hip extension important to hold the torso upright in a deep squat position? i don't understand completely why hip extension and opening up the hips is important for a deep squat. Could someone explain that?
When i wear my Adidas Powerlift 2.0 (0.5 to 0.6 inches heel) and add a 1.25 kg plate under my shoes, then i can hit ATG.
Do you guys have any advice?
