I wanna know what exercises anyone has used to specifically develop the lower traps. I know alot of people when they hear the word "traps" just think about the upper trapezius and not the middle or lower portion. I seen an article on a body building site talking about the "traps" and exercise plans to develop them with forearms...and this one guy had developed trapezii, upper middle and lower and only listed shrugs as the exercise responsible. I know that many movements involve the lower trapezius. rows, overhead press, pullups ect is there anything else any one could site as having a hand in really isolating it and getting it bigger and stronger? can shrugs on there own really contribute to big strong lower traps?
