Sorry I don't know where to put this question correctly, so I hope this is legit.
Currently I'm having quite annoying upper back pain and I don't really know why. Some of my friends said that it was due to my wrong sitting posture which led to my current situation. They recommended me to use some sort of posture corrector but I'm wondering whether if it's truly work or not.
I'm also hoping for some suggestions or alternatives so... thanks beforehand!
