Used to run 7-7.5 miles a day 5 times a week. I even ran a marathon (sub 5 hour thank you very much) in 2005. I haven't ran much since 2006. I figured out that I hate it.

impressive stuff hoose! And yeah I'm with you on hating it, i haven't run for years either. I figure 5 sets of sprints once a week can't be that bad though

I did the same thing, I tried to get up to 40 miles a week. I never made it over 30 before I realized that I despise cardio

I ran one lap around my college's track the other day.
1/8th of a mile.
Gotta start somewhere right?
haha.
In my defense I did have about a 4.8ish 40 at this time last year, I just don't do any speedwork since I have no NCAA eligibility left. :O
