Sublingual B-12 vitamins

Post by CP2003 » Mon Feb 06, 2006 2:50 pm

I seem to get caught by this infomercial at least 3 times a week for Tri Vita Sublingual B-12---

I am curious if anyone has any information regarding subligual vitamins/supplements and can tell me if they seem to work or be benenficial. I take b12-orally swallow and sublingual...i do notice an energy lift--but I also take other vitamins on a daily basis with them.

Just curious...and can anyone reccomend a very good B-12 or super B complex?

Thanks.

Well, you just reminded me of a trend I saw back in the early 90's. A couple of companies came out with what they called syeroid replacement kits, Cybergenics in particular, and they had a small bottle of B-12 that you were to take sublinguly (sp?). I also know that some entertainers who do the stage thing regularly for long periods take B-12 shots, but I've never seen any evidence that it was any better than what you find in your regular multi vit-min tablet, or the B complex tabs taken separately. Might want to do a dogpile or goggle seach on that.
