Invite your trainer, virtual workout partner, or others to view your online log. Refer to the URL of your journal or entry. Just copy and paste the URL in your browsers address bar. Visitors do not need to register to view online logs.
Only those who start their journals (new topic) can add entries (post reply). Only one journal per visitor is allowed but you are permitted unlimited number of entries (post reply). You will name your journal only once. The date will automatically be added to each entry (post).
