N.A.T. (Neuromuscular Activation Techniques)

Post by jas » Mon Feb 25, 2013 4:25 am

Good day,

I wanted to share with you my latest video. I am in the mist of writing another article but in the interim I recorded this video to keep discussions open regarding program designs and modalities of training.

Please feel free to email me with any questions.

Bosu Core Plus with N.A.T. (Neuromuscular Activation Techniques). N.A.T. improves muscle activation and motor recruitment due to past injuries, sedentary lifestyles or repetitive movements from sports. The complex is designed to improve core stability and strength, lessen muscle imbalances, endurance, biomechanics, injury prevention and mind body connection. Learn anti-rotation, single leg hip hinges, running man, spiderman pushups exercises to name a few. It is a great post workout that is time efficient and challenging.

I tried to have the video appear in the post but it's not working even with the "YouTube" edit button. Please let me know if you know how to add videos.
In the meantime here is the link for this video on my YouTube channel...

Be well and stay ACTIVE!!
