Non-Traditional Training for Seniors 80+ years old

Good day,

If you are a certified personal trainer then sooner or you will work with what we call "special populations". This group ranges from elite athletes to seniors. My approach to getting results is two-fold. First one must have a solid foundation in assessment and willing to continue to learn more ways on how to make their fitness assessment more efficient and effective. Second is developing a program based on movement.

In this video you will see of my clients, one in his 80s' and the other in his 90s' perform non-traditional exercises. Safety is always first so it's important to note I took all precaution prior to recording.
