It reminds me of the system developed by Georges Hebert.

This system inspired Parkour and I'm sure that Erwan Le Corre got the idea from him as well. Variations of this are practiced by those living the Paleo lifestyle. Fitness trails are being incorporated into parks now partly in response to this.

Isn't these workout ideas pretty much trying to get cardiovascular work back to mainstream?
I recommend swimming due to the huge amounts of calories burned plus a total body workout. Also low very low impact unless you slip off the diving board and hit it with your head! haha I never done that but seen it once lol
Kind of reminds me of the caveman workouts and or diets.
